RULES OF THE HOUSE

Dear guests!

• You may not bring any pets and animals into the house and the garden. Thank you for your understanding in advance!
• On the day of arrival, you can check in from 15.00 o'clock, and we kindly ask you to check out before 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure! As of our smartphone based admission system there is no need for a personal hand over of keys.
• At the time of arrival/departure the landlady or her representative may be present upon request.
  
• You may request daily cleaning at an additional charge. 24/7 reception is available at the phone number stated on the contact page.
  
• The closed car parking can be opened by remote control.
• Lifting the robot lawn mower is dangerous and not allowed.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay in all areas of the house. Guests may not invite visitors, relatives, friends, etc.
• Never leave your children unattended in the garden, at the pool for their own safety and tranquility of other guests.
• Please respect each other´s well deserved relax time. We kindly ask you to avoid running, shouting, ball games. You may not climb up trees and fences.
• Smoking is not permitted in the room and in the garden. You may smoke at the designated area - your terrace. Lighting candle in the room and make fire in the house and the garden is strictly forbidden.
• Please do not store bicycles in the apartment!
• The garden is secured by and is under video surveillance.
